Carfax shows 8 owners. Looks like at least two of them were dealers, but do you know the ownership history?

For the record, my last 911 turbo had 7 previous owners in roughly the same time period. It's not a deal-breaker, just curious.

 

As I understand it the first owner was a dealership owner. He owned it for ~3yrs and ~8k miles. He then sold it CPO'd at the auction and it ultimately went to a dealer in CA. They sold it at ~12k miles to a wealthy owner in Texas who was technically the second owner. The Texas owner had it for ~3-1/2yrs and ~4k miles. The car was then purchased in 2014 at 16k miles by the Moores family(previous owners of the Padres) here in San Diego as a present for his nephew who unfortunately passed away soon after. I am the 4th owner and have had the car since 20k miles.
