Radiator Ducts cleaning

Has anyone every noticed how many "thing" you collect in the wheel well side of the radiator ducts?

Some interesting "stuff". The pile on the floor was the stuff I managed to get out with my hands, there was that much more which I had to use the vacuum to get out. And just think, this car has never been on a track!! All this comes from street driving, well I guess we call it "road" driving where I live. You may want to check yours.

That's gobs of sh*t.

I wouldn't necessarily expect more from track driving, though?

I wish I took a picture of what was inside mine! After seeing a piece of paper torn out of a notebook stuck on one of the radiators I had the cup grilles installed!

So how did you clean out the area? Compressed air? Vacuum? Brush? Remove bumper?

Ya, I'm old school. I think Porsches should be silver, Jaguars green, Ferraris red and Peugeots blue. However I must admit, when I buy my RS it will be difficult to decide between a silver and orange or orange and black. I love the pumpkins!!!

I don't know if you can call the roads I drive on "normal", but they are paved. None of them are very straight. Nearly 28K.

Wow, that is a lot of rocks from paved roads. I guess I have a nice little project coming up in the next few weekends. I need to keep the car as light as possible

That's a lot of gravel! A piece of paper would be scary..

I clean mine out regularly, usually leafs and cigarette butts. The craziest thing I've pulled out was a pop can!

I'm thinking about doing the grills, but do you guys think Oakley's larger race-spec radiators would be a beneficial modification?
