What you can do is, take a coke bottle, cut it in half, place the top funnel area into where you'd fill up your tank, with a screw driver pushing the flap open, and then pour it in... Ask me how I know this method.

When you need race fuel... you need race fuel.

If you want to drive 45 minutes there is one station in Rancho Santa Fe that sells 100 octane. I've used it before and it makes a difference.

I'm in irvine and I always have 100 octane. Always looking to put a face to the name on these boards.

Try this link for 100 Octane locations. I run 100 for racing and it's great. I don't know why anyone would be afraid to buy it "out of the ground" from a reputable dealer.

http://www.sunocoinc.com/site/Consum...T100Locations/

Careful with higher octanes that may have additives harmful for street cars.

PS - with my GIAC chip this thing just screams on 100!!!!!!!!

There is one on the corner of Commonwealth and Gilbert. That's not too far from where you are. It's a 76 Gas Station but the racing gas is from VP Fuels I believe.

Edit..dang I thought the OP posted 7-27-08...not 7-27-07
