Dream Drives for Kids: The Best Supercar Story You’ll See All Week
We get a lot of heat as automotive enthusiasts, usually from people who think that we’re all just jacked-up, crazy speed-freaks that want to break the sound barrier in a school zone. However, that’s hardly the case. And this story should put those naysayers on notice.
Eric Peterson and his wife have a good life, one that affords them the opportunity to own a few choice supercars. However, unlike many supercar owners, the couple decided that they didn’t want to have the cars just hide away in a garage somewhere. Add the fact that they wanted to give back to the community and you get Dream Drives for Kids.
As illustrated in the video below, the Peterson’s charity brings sick children over to their garage every week and takes them out for a ride in one of the couple’s supercars. Now that’s putting the “super” in supercar.
