Christian von Koenigsegg is one of my automotive heroes. He’s a man with a singular vision, and that vision is all out speed.

Alright, we all know that the folks at Koenigsegg already practice a dark, black forest style of wizardry that summons demons from the depths of hell and then chains them in place where usually an engine would go.

Jay Leno is one of the current kings of all things automotive. His collection is massive. His knowledge base is unheard of. And his denim closet is enviable.

A few months ago, the mad scientists of Koenigsegg unveiled their newest abomination, the One:1. A car that has a power to weight ratio of one to one. Something that no other car, at least no other road car that I know of, has ever been able to do.

The thing about modern super cars and the new breed of hypercars, everyone seems to be going either the forced induction route, or the hybrid route. Or in the case of McLaren, both.

It’s hard to believe that after someone spends hours spec’ing out and over a million dollars buying a Koenigsegg hypercar that they’d ever willingly part ways with it. Nevertheless, pre-owned Koenigseggs exist.
