Fire-breathing Lamborghini Aventador Screams on the Dyno
Aventador is a de-catted bull with a fiery temper and big, big numbers on the dyno.
Youtube channel NM2255 recently featured a video of a raging bull showing off on a treadmill. The Lamborghini Aventador SV was already a 740 horsepower AWD monster without the catalytic converter removal and tuning courtesy of BIESSE Racing in Neive, Italy. The Aventador, after the de-cat treatment, rolled into BIESSE Racing’s dyno room for a romp on the rolling road. The team at BIESSE were no doubt hoping for some noticeable gains, and the Lamborghini’s new regimen delivered.
Complete with SV livery, the Lamborghini was given the full dyno test treatment. The Aventador’s naturally aspirated 6.5L V12 screamed up the gears towards the redline at right around 8400 RPM. As the operator downshifted and came off the throttle, the Aventador sang its tenor-tune feedback by shooting fire from the four prominent exhaust pipes.
To add to the spectacle of it all, the BIESSE team brought the Lamborghini outside to show it off. The buttoned-up Aventador expelled fire and flexed its monstrous rear carbon-ceramic brakes. The test result- a savage 790 horsepower from a louder, angrier Lambo.
