Flea Market Mogul Throws Legal Fit Over LaFerrari Spider

lawsuit

Remember when millionaires and billionaires could all be happy because they could buy everything their hearts desired and wallets allowed? Then these greedy exotic car manufacturers got smart and figured they could turn those prissy boys against each other and make more money?

Well, one of those industry moguls that’s used to buying everything he desires is mad at Ferrari, and he’s taken his anger out at his district court via a lawsuit. Yup, Preston Henn, who we’ve previously shown you some of his precious Italian sheet metal is the flea market mogul, owning hundreds of open air markets and more across the country. Heck, he’s even got a Ferrari exhibit in one of them.

Mr. Henn is mad at Ferrari because the Italian manufacturer ignored Mr. Henns request to buy a LaFerrari Spider. In fact, Ferrari went as far as declining a million-dollar hand-written check that Henn himself mailed to CEO Sergio Marchionne. Seriously, how desperate is this dude?

lawsuit

Desperate indeed, because Henn argues that his inability to own the hyper-limited supercar has damaged his image and reputation amongst his friends and social circle, where many of them are avid car collectors, and some of them even candidates for the LaFerrari Spider. Geez, I wouldn’t want friends like that, would you?

“The publication of the statement that Preston Henn is not qualified to purchase a LaFerrari Spider is an untrue statement which harms Henn’s reputation and holds him up to ridicule, disrespect and disrepute in his profession, trade, occupation, avocation, and among his friends and business and social associates,” mentioned someone with close ties to the case.

So there you have it, next time you don’t get what you want, simply sue someone!
