McLaren vs. McLaren – Guess Who Wins?
When people think of old supercars vs. new supercars, one instinctively heads to the much lauded McLaren F1. This lone car has done so much for the world of supercars, that I’m not sure it’s impact can be overstated enough.
When McLaren debuted the F1, it changed the entire world and how we perceive supercars.
Fast forward to the present and McLaren is at it again, except this time with their hybrid hypercar the P1. To celebrate the car’s race iteration launch, the P1 GTR, McLaren brought the two supercars together for a little track fun.
I’m not sure which one I want more, the P1 or the F1, but I do know that I’d take either if given the chance. The two shown here are in one of the most iconic McLaren GT liveries and one that really sets off both cars curves.
Although, the P1 just looks ridiculous and terrifying. We want one.
