A high-dollar reenactment of David versus Goliath took place in downtown London, where a massive Brabus-tuned Mercedes-Benz was flipped on its side by a Toyota Prius.

We always tread lightly when reporting on accidents or vehicle collisions, as oftentimes the drivers of said vehicles or other bystanders may be injured. Thankfully that’s not the case this time, so it can’t hurt to have a little fun with it. We mean, how often can you type G500 4×4² and Toyota Prius on the same headline?

According to several social media posts, a BRABUS G500 4×4² managed to collide with a Prius in downtown London. Not just any part of London, but Sloane Street, which is one of the biggest and hottest supercar meccas in the world. This is one of the few places where seeing a 4×4², Bugatti Chiron and Ferrari LaFerrari parked next to each other is considered “normal.”

Reports claim it’s the driver of the BRABUS-tuned Mercedes-Benz who’s to blame for the collision, as he flagrantly ignored the red light at the intersection. The Prius is believed to have been working as an Uber vehicle, but was not carrying passengers at the time of the collision. Regardless of who’s to blame, the pictures (and short video) show the magnitude of the crash.

Never thought I'd see this happen. 😐 Thank god no one was hurt!

In an unlikely plot twist, it seems as if the Prius actually whooped the G-Wagen’s butt. The BRABUS allegedly smashed into the Prius’ front end from the side, ripping off its front bumper and making the Toyota’s airbags deploy. On the other hand, the monster SUV flipped on its side upon impact, and managed to drag its beautiful matte-finished body along the famous street.

In addition, photos reveal that the G500’s upper safety cell suffered heavy damage, which could single-handedly total the vehicle and send it straight to a junkyard. But that’s not before it runs through a special auction, of course.

All we can say is: ouch!
