Rest In Peace VR Alexander. Prayers to family and friends
Yes Chad I do remember that and thank you for stepping up and helping him. I had dinner with him few months ago in Cali. I got a text from him a couple of weeks back. I knew his father was ill and not doing well. He was just checking to see how things were. He really helped me a lot with my build and at the Mile event. He went out of his way to tow my car in his trailor to Tx Mile and he managed to text me a message that said "I just got into a car accident with the truck and both Porsches are messed up." Then I saw him in a few hours in Texas and had a beer with him. He showed up to BBi with Starbucks coffees for the whole crew and congratulated me on the build and the dyno numbers. Rest in peace my friend I will miss your jokes and laughter. You will be missed by a lot of people too and hope to see you on the other side on day. This will be tough moment for your family bud. Hope you are smiling from above bro.

What a shocker.
I met Alex at the IPCPR Tobacco Trade Show in Las Vegas 2 years ago by coincidence. Had a nice conversation with him there with a couple of friends.
Rest in peace Alex - We will always remember.

Are you kidding me? No way.. My deepest condolences and may GOD bless his family and, May He give peace to those who loved him most through these tragic moments. I simply cannot believe it. I would be glued online watching his vids online over and over again. Just cannot believe it. So sad. God bless you my brother and may you rest peacefully forever more.
I think the one thing that truly amazes me and speaks volumes about who Alexander was is that we all have stories of how unselfish and passionate he was about his cars and helping others around him. He seems to have made our lives just that much better by meeting him, communicating with him, or watching his videos.
He will be missed greatly. RIP VR.

That's me in the beginning of this vid with the black sunglasses on. I'm watching this again right now through tears.. Such a loss for those of us lucky enough to have known him but also for the entire automotive community.
I won't ever be able to drive down Kanan/Dume road in Malibu without wondering if Alex is smiling down at me.
