I went for a ride in Ben's CGT last Saturday. Seeing Ben's enjoyment of sharing his passion of driving - not worrying about the little rocks that were hitting the car as we went for a spirited run, made me realize that sometimes, I let my car own me rather than me owning the car. On the way home, I found myself driving my car a little harder, not worrying about how dirty it was or if a rock chipped it, and truly learned to "enjoy" my car all over again - you see, I was one of the typical "oh no, there is dirt on my car" type of enthusiasts...that changed within a 15 minute ride with Ben.

I love your story Chuck, it's nice to see how much of an impact Ben's had on our lives, and how we're changing as a result of his influence...

I know its not a CGT but my dad has a Delorean and he loves to share his car with people. He has always let people sit in it and take them for rides.

It really does make someones day when they have a experience like sitting in a carrera GT. I know if any CGT owner let me sit in their car I would have the biggest grin in the world and then go brag to all my friends about it.

Thats great Chuck. My friends dad got a CGT a few months ago. He let me go to the dealer with him when it arrived, and I could not get the grin off my face for days . Its amazing how just letting someone sit in or even just look at your car can sometimes make their day, and yours. You should get that car out as much as you can. Share it with everyone and everyone will be happy, especially you.

 

My dream is to become rich and share my cars with everyone else. It was because of other people and their cars that my passion for cars grew. Id like to be just like ben. Go to car shows in a car offer rides, rev for people do what ever you know.

Hopefully when im older id like to start a nieghborhood car show where ever i live to i dont know maybe raise money for a playground or park. Just wishful thinking. I hope i can atleast get the car to share with people.

Good Job Chuck. Its easy to know WHAT Ben did. Its hard to DO what he did. He did it easily without pretense. You made many people happy today. There are probably kids lives that you changed today, just by sharing. Think about it- just by sharing!!! Some teenager or boy met you and said they want to be like you Chuck. In that, you were being like Ben. We should all do so.

Ben gave me a ride in the mountains andI was hsocked at his level of kindness and being one of the guys even with all of his money....He was a great guy and we all can all learn to be more giving of our time to those who look up to us!!!!!!!!!!!!
