i know this is pretty much a site aimed at the newer cars but i just want to know if my dads rims will fit on my car. he has a 99 911, and i want his turbo twist rims.

The bolt pattern is the same so you can make it happen in general, but its probably not worthwhile for a couple of reasons. The early cars (pre-964)have different wheel offsets which means that at a minimum you'd require roughly 1 inch spacers. Second, after you space them out, depending on the wheel width, you'll probably need to roll your fenders to have enough clearance in the wheel wells. One further thing is that you may have to change wheel studs to account for the additional offset to be able to bolt the wheels on properly. It can be done, but it's not recommended, at least by me.
