Great Customer Service

Got a call out of the blue yesterday from the tech rep at San Antonio Porsche to let me know a clip came in they ordered the last time they serviced my car. Just something they noticed broken and ordered. Drove in, no wait, they replaced the clip (somewhere in the front bumper area), they washed the car, reset a service light which wasn't reset (not by them) during the last oil change. Off I went, all free of charge. Very friendly bunch too. Very pleased!
