Question SC Cab & Das Roll Bar

Well, I got the Das Bar installed in the cab this morning, went to put the top down, but it won't clear The guy I bought the bar from said it came out of his SC cab, I had it powder coated to match, but man, I gotta be able to drop the top???
So does the top still drop with a DAS bar??? I had an AutoPower (I know, that is why I didn't track it then) and the top worked fine.

So am I going to have to run the car without the bar to drop the top & just add it for DE weekends, since I have SRDs that would be a real PITA !!
TIA

GarnetRedCoupe is infamous around these parts
I also have a DAS Sport Weekender bar, did you have any alignment issues when you installed it? I could get the driver side front and rear and the passenger side rear to line up without a problem but the passenger side front, where it bolts into the seatbelt, needed to be pushed up and forward while someone put the bolt in. What a pain in the ***, I don’t want to do that again.

Still waiting to hear back from DAS, but my seats don't fit it very well either

I pulled the bar out, this way I can use my factory tonneau cover. Or I may just trade these 2 SC (my 78 coupe) off for a RSA or 993.

Forget DAS bars, you can't move back the seats! Unless you are short they don't work well.
