928 performance mods
I have 2 928s a GTS which I gave away to a family member and my first porsche ever which I will never sell a 1987 Indian Red S4. However the S4 isn't really quite with the gts on speed what kind of mods can I do to get more power without supercharging. Help I keep getting beat by 2.5 Z4s and SLKs
You should try a x-pipe and a RMB. It would increase the exhaust note, shed a few lbs, and give you a few more hp. I am not sure of the pricing any more, I am thinking you could do it for around $500. Good luck

. You can often find the chips on e-bay for around $100. If possible, get the genuine autothority chips. Good Luck.
GTS brakes
Try 928Intl. 714-632-9288.
Thanks for the number
I'm getting my interior redone and im thinking of putting in a trim kit anyone got any suggestions its Indian Red with black interior so I'm thinking CF would look pretty good

I'm in the same "u-boat" as you. My first Porsche which I still have and will never sell is a 1986.5 Indian Red S3. Still stock and been in the family for over 16 years.
These cars are not loved by many but for a select few like us are understood and admired.

I have seen his work at some 928 events, AMAZING.

I haven't seen the CF trim kits in person only in pictures. From what I've seen they don't look too authentic but I could be wrong.
My interior is still in good shape, besides I need to spend that on preventive maintenance & keeping my porsche mechanic in business
. But if I were to redo my entire black interior I would choose Paul Champagne black leather with french seams and red stitching throughout.
With a 928 Sport (930) steering wheel from 928 Specialists, black leather short shift boot from Jager & automatic sport shifter (Heaney Sports Shifter) from 928 motorsports. All of them redone by Paul Champagne in his leather & stitching. All of this if you're not too concerned with keeping it stock.
And personally I wouldn't use the trim kits but if I had to I would probably just go with 'piano black' & add alcantera inserts (instead of leather) to the seats, door panels, center armrest, headliner, steering wheel & shifter...oh mama the list of mods can add up
. Anyway, let me see if I can find some pics to show you what I mean. Here you go Sty3x:
