928 quitted while running
Hi.
this morning mi 1983 928 fired up and ran smoothly as usual, but after a couple of miles (still rather cold) it simply quitted.
I tried to start it over and while it cranked fine, it did'nt fire up. I took it home and have been looking inton t for a while. This is what I found so far.
I do have spark and ignition signal from the CPU but no fuel at the injectors. If I spray carburator cleaner through the intake plenum it starts alright....the fuel punp is acting (I can hear it, and I do have fuel pressure at the regulator and injectors rail.
I suspect it may have something to do with the CPU. (k jetronic, I believe).
any suggestions will be welcome
Juan
