You are correct, I think the special wishes slants were available in 81 or 83.

I might be interested in the wheels if you get it, I have some later 18s that would match the bumpers better.

My guess is it is a 964 or 964T somewhere between a 1990 and a 1994. Probably a conversion. It is absolutely impossible to gauge the value of this car without an expert PPI. Besides the purchase price, it is going to take tens of thousands of dollars to make it road ready. That is unless you are planning on doing the work yourself Good luck

It is a pre 89, early offset wheels are the biggest give-a-way
