first of all, the car is a ruf conversion, not a ruf vin numbered car, i also have seen this car on many sites being discussed. the description of the car on ebay doesn't state that it is a conversion, my advice is to contact rufautocentre.com in dallas, ask for jonathan or wayne. they are great and the only authorized dealer of ruf in the u s. i have had many dealings with them and they have always been very professional

I'm sorry, but a Ruf BTR (conversion or not) should have a 3.4 liter motor and a Ruf intercooler as a minimum. Most Ruf BTR cars also have the Ruf 5 speed. The car on ebay looks fantastic, but is just a "regular" turbo with some Ruf bling parts bolted on. Just because you put some Ruf badges and a Ruf steering wheel on your car should not give you the right to call your car a RUF. I call my 930S a Ruf, but it was converted by Ruf when new, has the engine and 5 speed. Wish I had a Ruf vin # though

A 930 with RUF bling is still way better than a regular 930. RUF bling is very very expensive!
