Last night My Dad & I were talking about his crash; l was in high school at the time, and remember it vividly. Does anyone have any pictures/details of his car before the crash?
It was wicked looking from what I remember.

NO,

Alcohol is what did him in (terrible combo in any car, even more so in a modded 930)
He went backwards into a wall (I believe it was a wall) like most 930 crashes.
I owned a 930 and lived thru the experience...fun car!
Seems like Pelle's car was a slopenose turbo

I was born and raised in South Jersey. I lived about 30 minutes from where it happened.

I also remember vividly that event. Espeicallly the news stories...

I'm curious, I don't think I know this individual, but when did he have his crash??? I had a super chip made for my 911 by a tuner in NJ who killed himself in a crash right after he made my chip. I believe this happened in 1994, or so. could this be the same guy???....Pipes

 

Edit: Just did a google search and turns up that it happened in November '85. Many years ago. Very popular hockey player and from what I read the Slant Nose was supercharged? Most likely not but it's what I read. He died in SJ and was basically living in the Philly area.
