Looking for a 930

My friend has been searching for a 930 turbo for quite some time. There was one for sale (1988) at a local dealer a few months back for just about $20k and it sold. Does this seem like a low price for a clean running car?? What would you guys think the price range is for a 930 turbo (87-89) and where can anyone suggest finding one that is in decent shape (he is more than willing to work on the car as long as it doesnt have major problems).

20k for a clean 930 turbo is way too low.
Most of the nicer cars I have seen are at least 32k plus depending on history and miles!

Just considered selling my 930

Hello, I am considering selling my 930 turbo. Unfortunately, I pretty much have to sell her because I have no room in the house that I am in the process of doing major construction and the car is sitting in storage collecting dust for the past 7 months (Every 2 weeks I drive to the storage spot just to start the engine to avoid any damage to the seals and keep the battery charged and this is a pain for me). I bought the car with 39k original miles and since then I have rebuilt the whole engine and the tranny and have driven the car about 2,500 miles since the rebuild. Just on the rebuild alone I have invested more than 15k and other goodies at least 10k (ie. 3.6 wheels, exhaust, headers, hybrid turbo etc...) I have added a lot of goodies to the engine and tranny, but kept the old parts. The color is NOT Guards red but a beautiful cherry color which turns many heads. It kills me to even want to think about selling her, but there's no point of keeping a car that you can't enjoy and aren't able to store in your own garage. If you or your buddy is interested, please pm me and i'll be happy to send you more info.
