Umm, apples and oranges. Totally different cars.

New TTS for me, but then I'm mainly a street driver.

Really like the 991 GT3 and will likely head that route in a couple years. As much as I appreciate the latest and greatest turbo I would like to try a GT3.

Likely will hang on to the 997 turbo too. It may grow old in "age" but I'm still as connected with it today like I was when I first drove it away from the dealer.

If depends on what you are going to use it for. If the person doesn't need the comforts of a daily driver and rear seats and tracks on a consistant basis then, GT3.

They are both PDK grand touring cars if you ask me, one has backseats, more hp and is faster. Might as well get the turbo.
I can't figure out why they released both regular and s at the same time?

From an aftermarket tuning perspective I'd definitely go with the twin turbo though look wise the GT3 is easier on the eyes.

GT3 all day long, $20K cheaper too. Plus, the launch for the GT3 was an event, while the Turbo launch is kind of a whimper. It's almost as if Porsche knows the GT3 is where the money is at.

Turbo-its like jogging or running to your destination
GT3 its like running all the time

heres an example girl says to me on phone "what is all that noise? I can barely hear you on the phone"
Me "thats because my car has no sound insulation"

if you consider all the new tech and the amazing looks of gt3. i think its way better than the new turbo, 0-60 times are same as the turbo.
