Great review thanks!
I am looking forward to my drive in a 991 Turbo S in a couple of weeks time.
For me, the 997 Turbo S wasn't exactly lacking in the speed department. If I go out for a 'spirited' drive for 2 hours in my car on some non-motorway quiet roads, I maybe use full acceleration once maybe twice in that time. You just can't use any more than that on public roads.
The main areas the 997 Turbo was lacking in were looks, weight and noise. Glad they have made some progress on the latter....

Love your reviews - thank you. I was sort of hoping that the new Turbo S would be clinical then I could sit tightly and happily in my C2S PDK (with Powerkit, PDCC and all that stuff) but now I will have to get used to the idea that I will want to try the TTS.
Meanwhile C2S is awesome car.
