Thanks guys, I'm going to be without her most of this next week, getting clear bra, tint, plastidip rear emblems, and 22PLE coating. It's gonna be a tough xmas, lol.

 

You can put in sport + before break in period. Just don't take it over 4K RPM. It's good to use all the cars features so if anything needs tweaking you can get it to the dealer and get it fixed if needed. Have fun and enjoy you awesome new car.

 

Just curious. I had bought the Turbo S emblem on my 12' S from Porsche. How does the plastic dip process work and does it last? Do you need to remove the emblems first?

 

My clearbra guy does it, he has the professional spray (he does entire cars!), I believe he'll just tape it off, spray it w/ a few coats and then remove the excess. As far as durability, it's supposed to be fairly good, though I've never done it before. Shouldn't really take a beating like it would on front end stuff or wheels.

As far as sport+, I'd def play with it if the roads weren't wet or icy at the moment, I want to feel that overboost, lol!

Did you buy this from a Dealer in Ohio? Just curious. I was looking at one there but wanted Turbo S wheels.

 

Gosh, I can't believe how much I love how these 991s look with the glass, black roof against a light color. Just a terrific look somehow

 

I ordered mine with S wheels but I doubt many get ordered that way.

 

Not sure if you were directing this to me, but I got mine from the Exchange in Highland Park, it was a custom order.
