What makes you think that is a 2016? I don't notice any styling cues different form my 2014 TTS cab except those filters they have laid across the vents.

These are the terms.

The facelift (991-2 series) is called 2016 version.

Sorry. So than better call it the 991-2 series.

Yeah. I get it. Still don't see any changes. Do you?

Looks like they are hiding the rear lights = redesign?

And the front bumper duct plastic bits that were beside the DRL are gone now. The parking sensor is integrated more cleanly into the bumper perhaps. Is that what you were talking about?

Sorry, but I could not disagree more. Anyone else want to weigh in? I think it looks awesome! To each his/her own.

Yeah, it is why I went ahead and bought the cab off the showroom floor after I ordered my coupe. The dang thing actually retains the lines of the coupe with the magnesium reinforcements in the roof. LOVE it! Was looking at a new R8 cab at the auto show and could not believe how much nicer the Porsche looked.

I can't wait to order mine. I am going to put it off until the 991.2 update. The above is the first negative comment I have seen on the cab.

I think they're going to redo the rear lights like the Macan which are somewhat recessed

Interesting yeah maybe. They might be changing the rear decklid vents too considering they are covered up in this video as well.

I heard 991.2 will be a bunch of updates, new engines, lights, mf wheel, pcm, and some additional leather and colors.
