Aero Package

Lately I've been having the thought of getting one of the new Turbo S's. I went on the Porsche site and I built it like I'd like it, and I noticed there's an Aerokit option, which replaces the front Lip and the rear Spoiler.

But I've tried looking around for actual pictures of the car with these options and can't seem to find any.

Does anyone have any pictures? The front lip looks interesting, and rear spoiler looks to be much more aggressive.

Thanks.

Hard to tell how it would look from the configurator. Actual pictures would be much nicer. Perhaps somewhere in the US a Porsche Dealer has a 2015 Turbo aerokit car in stock with pics on their website? Most dealers will have online pics of their cars.

Interesting, I'll be pondering retrofitting those pieces after I see what it looks like in better photos as well.

OllyTTS is infamous around these parts
Sounds very interesting - this wasn't available here in the UK as of 2weeks ago on the Configurator!

Just saw the look of the aerokit on the configurator. Looks hideous imho and for 7k thats an absolute rip-off.

I'll have to see it on a real picture.

I really dislike the whole rubber lip that extends down thing... Car looks like a Carrera when it's not extended...

Agreed and i was hoping maybe they would fix it with the Aerokit but they messed it up even more. Actually, i think the carrera has a more aggressive front lip, even with the turbo's one extended.

Looks poor, likely decrease the front end clearance. Front end is perfect as is with retractable spoiler. Reminds me of the sport design kit for the cayenne which I also didn't like. I wouldn't take it for free much less 7+ grand. Looks aftermarket, add on.

It's all personal opinions.

Front end is too "soft" with the retractable spoiler IMO... It's lame having a 200,000$ car that looks like a Carrera until you see the side intercooler holes or the rear.

It is nice not to scrape the front end all the time, as the 991 has much improved clearance relative to 997. Good for daily driver practicality.

Agree the underbite created by the retractable spoiler is unattractive with the new turbo. My Carrera with the sportcup kit looks more aggressive. I was hoping the new aero kit option would help. Btw I can't find it on the websites or configurators.
