PikesPeakRacing is infamous around these parts
2020, I understand you are still having issues with your spoiler. I spoke to RcmaGTR's advisor at Prestige Imports in Lakewood, CO. He said to have your dealer contact their parts department. They have two of the front assemblies in stock.

This is mostly true. Valve showed up coincidentally after my car left and they will need to reinstall on one of their 991tts that had part robbed for my car.
The other assembly I would jump on asap!!!!

Thanks for helping Farooq, PPR!!!!
Good shop.

I called my dealer yesterday and they stated the part was due to arrive from Germany today (I heard that one before). If it doesn't come today I will ask them to contact Prestige Imports to grab that part. Thanks for the tip.
Its been one month and counting so far.

Hopefully it arrives, if there's anything we can do to help just let me know!

Just brought my TTS in because the new/replacement spoiler unit arrived from Germany. Hopefully this fixes this issue!

Mine came in last week, will drop off the car today. I guess we will see how long the replacement lasts.

Apparently there is a new part number now so it seems -- fingers crossed -- that is an update and not just a straight up replacement.

Is this the same problem with leaky hydraulics that plagued the 996 and 997 turbos?

They apparently reprogram the software first. If that doesn't work they are then supposed to replace each piece separately. After hearing some of the nightmare stories of other members on this forum regarding this matter , I advised my dealer to replace the entire assembly. So far it is still working.
