I had coolant leak on a 2012 Turbo S. However it happened in my garage. They came and towed the car to the dealer. Ended up being broken seal. But I hate anyone touching my car let alone towing it on a flatbed. The car at the time only had ~ 5K miles on it. Sorry for your situation. Waiting until Monday will suck. GL.
