It seams like every new car that comes out they say the same thing (remember the "unbreakable" GTR ECU) and a couple months later it is cracked.

We thrive off of what people say can't be done, if you haven't already noticed

We are always working on something, but for obvious reasons we tend to hold our cards pretty close to our chest until we are ready for release. We have been around for long enough to have seen tuning companies lose their market share over night. We know that we can't sit on our haunches and get comfortable as the superlative Porsche tuning solution and we fully expect to be the premier tuning solution you all can reliably turn to for years to come. This is only the beginning.

We have many things in our scope for the upcoming year and the outpouring of support from new or converted customers tells us that you guys don't want us to stop! Just know that whatever future platforms we release will have the same reliability, functionality, and overall industry dominating power increases COBB has become synonymous with over these past years.

Thanks!

-Jon

Mine arrives at port here on Friday the 4th but I won't be able to take delivery until the "official" launch date which I am told will be the 11th but who knows .

We won't expressly say what we are currently working on for the future, however when we do release accessports for future models it will be of the same high caliber you guys have been exposed to and have come to expect since we came to the Porsche market.

I bet you can't wait. I'm excited to see your car and the .2s once they start hitting the dealers.

Never done tuning.....question about warranty issues ↓↓↓

Can the tune be detected by a dealer's computer after doing delete/uninstall before taking it in for routine service ?

THX

The new .2 cars have the same ECU as the current Macan models. So basically...look around at who's tuning Macans and that will give you an idea.

Yes despite what anyone may tell you the dealer can always find out if the car has been tuned by the flash counter. You can also pull the ECU and check as well.

It becomes a cat and mouse game of why would they look if the car is back to stock tune when the car goes back in and nothing is wrong. If something major goes wrong they are going to look.

Champion has an umbrella warranty with the GIAC tune and mods they install. One of the reasons I bought my 911s through Champion and use CMS. They also have affiliate dealers in my area that recognize their umbrella warranty.

Is a great feature brought forth by Champion. There's also a lot of misinformation about other dealerships and the reliability, consistency and safety of properly upgraded cars. Half of our so far 20 stage 4 cars were installed and supported by dealerships. I think it all comes down to your relationship with the tuner and dealership. This is been the case since the beginning it's not new. Everyone can decide for themselves what feels good.

Cheers
