Does Cobb offer their Access Tuner Race software for the 991tt so we can tune the cars ourselves?

 

No Tuner race for now. You really need experience with the software and the platform to be able to do well let alone not get into trouble. However, we can help you to look over your logs and make sure the car runs great. Even custom tune if you like!

I too love to tune my own cars and would love to play with the tuning parameters of my 991TTS. However, working with Sam/COBB has been a great experience; their customer service has been top-notch. Sam has worked closely with me to create custom tunes after reviewing my logs.

I've been tuning both my GT-Rs for 5 years now. I squeaked out at least another 20whp by slowly dialing them. Lots of 1/4 mile and Vbox runs.

Having to pay and work with a tuner to do what I've been doing on my own for almost half a decade is not enticing to me.

 

It sounds like you have some experience and that's great. For comparison purposes the AP is the only tool that even allows this ability and the pricing/achievements are unmatched. I would be more than willing to help you and make sure you're happy. We have really come up with some outstanding packages/recipes I think he would love to hear about If you haven't already.

 

Hasn't Cobb kind of pulled back from ATR on the GT-R?

 

I have a GIAC Stage 2+ tune with Champion Intercoolers and Tubi catless race exhaust and C filter. This package is reliable, fast and smooth

btw, what octane fuel do you have access to?
