Sl33p3rS4 is infamous around these parts
Did you purchase through a distributor or direct from the manufacturer? If distributor, are they in the US or the UK?

Have they declined to rectify the situation?

Whether you end up burying them or not, it's still probably best to post who the manufacturer is to warn other members.

Any reputable company should be able to give you a full refund or at the very least, do a warranty exchange, if not lawyer up in the states and take them to court, also start a dispute with your credit card if you paid with one

Warranty coverage shouldn't be an issue at all, but there's a few wheel companies based in the US that have recently been sold, and thus new ownership could cause hurdles.

In warranty situations, 99% of wheel brands will not cover shipping. Further, they likely want to inspect the wheels to confirm the causes of the damage are defects as claimed and not outside causes. If they are willing to commit to reimbursing you for shipping once the wheels are confirmed to be faulty, and they are willing to refund in full or provide replacements, then it's in your best interest to go with their offer. To provide guidance beyond that, we need to know who it is as some wheel brands are known to have issues, some are known to be normally of high quality. Further, some are known to stand behind their product and some aren't.

If you can't get anywhere with service, ask to speak to the owner. Can't imagine that they would decline to replace them!

Not true. Alot of these no name cats want to pitch they are bespoke, etc and try to charge over $10k. For me, HRE always gets the biz as I know they stand behind the product. for me, that speaks volumes

+1

A good set of forged, center lock wheels can easily go over 10K. I'm shopping for some right now, leaning towards HRE.

There are some names to stay away from, Race Tech is a recent one, ADV1, etc.

Go to Wheels Boutique and they will hook you up.

ADV.1 was recently purchased by Momo USA. Since then, they've also purchased Weld and CCW. At this stage, I wouldn't have concerns about them.

I was initially thinking another ADV.1 horror story. But if that is in fact true that Momo USA purchased them, i'm sure quality is now much better.
