9.60s @ 147 mph - New 1/4 mile record in USA for 991 platform
Hello guys,

I'm very happy to write that our customer Dave has broken his previous USA 1/4 mile record with 9.60s @ 147 mph with his 991 TTS.

Its running our ES750 kit which is based on VTG turbos.

The car is built in NJ at our dealer AIM Performance and its still on stock engine, transmission, fuel system and ecu.

Congratulations to the owner and many thanks to the guys at AIM building this car.

I'm also very happy that its VERY consistent. As you can see he ran 9,6s many times same day.

Thanks Emre for supplying a package that is super consistent and reliable. The customer drove his car 4 hours to the track each way to make these passes and will drive it to work on Monday.

I understand that Dave drove to and from the track a couple hours each way and raced with the same exact tires! Absolutely amazing. Congrats guys.

Ipd plenum

Meth injection kit

(This car had straight pipes from AIM this weekend)

Truly impressive! 9.6 and the 147!!! Crazy to think that a bolt on car with rewheeled vtg turbos are close to touching 150!! Just insane Emre and AIM!

Couple of questions:

1. What fuel was it on?
2. What size wheels and type of tires
3. What was the temp outside for the runs
4. How much mph or hp did you pick up from "X" catless exhaust to straight pipes?
5. If this was on MS 109, what would this set up trap with pump and meth alone

Sorry for all the questions, but I am itching bad for another machine and....
