Official 2013 Porsche 991 Turbo Spy Shots, Renderings, Details, etc.
If it looks anything like this rear, then this is my next Porsche.
Rumors suggest the car will have a turbocharged flat-six with approximately 550 HP. Style wise we will see a wider, more agressive body, bigger bumpers and an active aero rear spoiler. The traditional Turbo side air intakes seem to be lifted more up to the slightly bigger sculpted hips of the car. Will this be the new Ferrari 458 killer, or will it be too much a GT car and is it up to the 991 GT3 to take on the 458?

I'm not too crazy about the front rendering.
For some odd reason, it's pretty funny and it makes me laugh.

Wow ! im loving that - I think the front will be a little more aggressive then the rendering ... does any one know of a time line when it will be released officially? .... Same time next year ? for 2013 sale ?

He watched too many Orbit Gum commercial... I recalled seeing 991 rendering way before all the the more revealing spy shots, it was very close to final production car. Wonder how close this one will be?

I know it's probably not cost effective, but I wish Porsche would return to a scupted intake on the rear quarters (like on the 993 turbo S) instead of the bolt on pieces.
I have the first allocation slot at my dealer for the 991 turbo. It's going to be a long wait!

That looks REALLY nice! I love the quad tailpipes of the first few. The dual pipes of the 2nd blue car looks good also, but the quad pipes really fit the aggressiveness of the rear bumper. I really like it, hope this is gonna be production or at least close to it.

Nice renderings. Hope the real deal is as nice or nicer.
I'll take a black with the two round/oval pipes thanks. Not a fan of square pipes. Now if they were 4 round or slightly oval it would be a different story.
