My long awaited 1st P-car order is in...

Greetings fellas,

I finally made a date with my automotive destiny by ordering my first 911, a Jan build/Feb delivery. I am beyond excited to take delivery. Here is my build:

991 Carrera S
Platinum Silver metallic (held a sample plate up against a GT Silver car on the lot in the sun, and I was hard pressed to tell the difference)
Burmester
Premium Package with 18 way adaptive sport seat
Carrera Red full natural leather
Electric folding mirrors
No sunroof
PASM sport suspension
Sport exhaust
PDK
Sport Chrono
20 in. Carrera Classic wheel
Sport Design steering wheel
Porsche crest in headrests
Storage compartment lid with model logotype
Seat belts in silver grey
Deviated carpets black
Full deviated stitching in GT silver
Light design package

The car will not be a dd. Now comes the hard part......the wait.

I wish I had the no sunroof option in my area! But no, it's included. Not an option.

Three mainly

1. The sales manager said the car really doesnt need it, it handles amazing already. He said in the Cayenne its a worthwhile option due to it's higher center of gravity.

2. I dont plan on pushing this car to its limits enough, maybe ever, to justify the...

3. Cost. I had a mental barricade at 130k. I preferred some of the other asthetic and auditory goodies instead.

wow!! White with red interior. Very good combination.

I order 991 with agate grey exterior with espresso. The deadline for the final change is the first week of December. I might change the interior to black/platinum grey. What's you guys think which one is the best

Agate Grey with Espresso
or
Agate Grey with Black/Platinum Grey

Thanks.

I thought the espresso was good for agate grey, but not so sure right now after saw the espresso interior pictures from other forum.

The red is good but too bright. Too bad that Porsche does not offer darker red.

Hmm - I didn't love the expresso against a grey. Maybe something lighter?

White?

Speaking of...your order is near my wish list. Platinum is indeed one of my favorites along with C red guts. Second would be C white with C red.
I also can't get rowing my own out of the equation.

Being the car would not be limit pushed too often I'm not concerened with losing much by passing on PDCC either.

White with natural brown would sure be a nice choice, darn it.

Show it proud when she arrives!

Agate Gray works with almost all interior colors, even red works very well:

or something lighter:
