I must start off with saying Porsche has never failed me yet, and even when I try to stray with buying a R8/gallardo the 991 S wins big time, here is a little taste of how my test drive went... ps It almost a must to get the sports chrono package with the louder exhaust and the PDCC which keeps this baby laying flat, no matter how hard i turned on a turn, this baby which is rear wheel drive only did not lose control, I must say "simply amazing" I'm so SOLD......

That sound is intoxicating. The sound is the one thing I am anticipating the most when I take delivery. My dealer has two 991S's in, but I simply cannot take a test drive in one.......the first drive will be in my own car.......mid March delivery. I am so stoked!

 

Ah, give yourself a break and take the leap. Then you'll be able to dream about it until you get it.

Thank you, but nope I will not give in.........I know its gonna be damn special, my first 911...............I refuse to experience that specialness for the first time in a test drive car..........I'm afraid it will detract ever so slightly from my first encounter with my 991.
