Techart 991
Techart 991
How do you like it?
For me the rear wing looks much better than the one from the 991 AeroKit.

Techart Bodykit:

TechArt is launching its new 991 Program at the Geneva motor show from 8th to 18th March.
At the front, there is a new two-piece spoiler with integrated splitter that sits lower to the ground than standard.
Above are body-coloured headlamp surrounds.
The rear end boasts a confident fixed wing with an integrated third brake light.
Below this is a diffuser that frames the tailpipe’s of TechArt’s new valve-control exhaust system with dual oval outlets.
New side skirts sit between the 20- or 21-inch TechArt Formula III five-spoke forged alloy wheels,
which are up to 15% lighter than standard.
Inside, TechArt offers a range of items, including leather and Alcantara trim, colour-coded consoles,
and a three-spoke steering wheel with paddle shifters.

I love it! I think the interior is really nice looking and fitting of a high dollar sports car. One thing that Porsche lacks when compared to the F-cars and Lambos is the interior. The Techart interior makes it look like a sports car and not a utilitarian grocery getter. I know there's plenty of debate about the 991's interior in general, personally I like it and yes I have sat in one and got to play around with all the toys inside of it. But it did lack sportiness and this brings it there. Now about the Exterior, I like the wing, it looks like it could be a factory GT3 wing rather than having that "add-on" look that many aftermarket wings have. I think the 991 body shape really lends itself well to a yellow exterior. I know yellow isn't for everyone and personally myself, I love to look at it, but I don't think I could live with it daily. But it sure photographs well and this car really conjured up visions of a modern day Ruf Yellowbird (both the BTR as well as the later CTR) which in my opinion to this day remains two of the most beautiful 911's ever produced. In a nutshell, I like the above Techart 991! Good job to them!
very well executed!
Rear spoiler, sills etc blend very well with the car. Highlight is rear spoiler. Wheels are trying too hard with the matching yellow pinstripe. The trim however is inappropriate in a car like this...and truly woefull imho.
