First Pictures of my silver 991S with red/black interior
SubscribeWow that looks awesome!!!
How did you get the 2 tone (red/black)
I was interested in the red but couldn't find a way to do the 2 tone and all red is just too much.
How did you do this... I don't see it anywhere on the configurater.
Thanks and CONGRATS!

Thanks - I think there is a tab or something on the Porsche site about Personalizing - but that is not how I did it. My Salesman directed me to a women who just does custom interiors with a number of the dealers in an area. Talk to you dealer - or I can put you in touch with mine.Originally Posted by Psycho Sid

Completely factory - it is on my build sheet (previously posted), but you have to know what you are looking for. My Dealer is Jack Daniels in Upper Saddle River New Jersey and my salesman, who actually suggested it and put me in touch with the woman who made it happen, is Tom DePascal - a great guy, ex cop, and big wig in the local PCA. He got me in touch with Melissa Witek who is a Customer Consultation Specialist for Porsche Cars North America, Inc. She was great as well and made it all happen - I am sure that there are others like her that are responsible for other parts of the country - but Tom would be happy to work with you.
At least now, if your dealer says it can not be done - you have proof that it can.
It added about $1,600 USD to the cost and delayed things by 3 days. If you go to your dealer someplace they have a wall of paint samples and leathers and you can get your car in any (and possibly all) of them. But be careful, some can extend build times by quite a lot - mine used the standard black interior as the contrast color and the standard red. There are a number of reds, for example, you could get the inside in Gaurds red to match the exterior. Make sure you ask about the impact on delivery. From other threads, contrasting stitching also seems to be a real buzz kill to the delivery date.
Just tell everyone you saw it here first!

That interior looks sooo good. I love it.
My dealer sucks!, they never told me I could have the interior custom ordered
Oh, BTW those silk platinum wheels are beautiful in conbination with silver exterior.
Congratulations! best looking 991 so far.
