I went with Porsche of Stevens Creek and if you want to talk with the guy I used, send me a pm and I'll give you his information. Super guy and that's why I would highly recommend him. Good luck.
Jdsc,

Thank you so much for your offer, but I cannot email you due to my low post count. Can you email me please through the site?

Thanks!

Hi Darius, I am also in the San Jose area, and I am looking for a cab. Since it seems that no dealer around here has received any cabs yet, I have been contacting dealers in SoCal. No one is willing to offer any discount for the cab at this point.

I was initially told that there is no discount on the car as well but with a little negotiating was able to get 4% off MSRP.

Looks like it's easier to get discount on the coupe.

How much would you say % off for a demo car w/ 700 miles? Also what does it mean to be a demo car? Tracked?

It seems to me at that point it depends on the situation including options, miles, time on the lot. I think you have to consider that all the demo ones have been used more aggressively that you would probably treat it during its first few thousand miles. Tracked is another story. Then, on the other hand you could run into a situation that an old man bought it, had it for a few months and died and the estate had to get rid of it- or the divorce court said sell it immediately. You can do well on those.

Think 3-5% apply to base?

Have one in system for July build.

Thanks

Picked mine up last week & got 5% with little effort. If I'd pushed a little more I might have got 6%,, but hard to do better then that.

Thanks, Nuke.

I'm going to hammer for 5%.

My dealer claims that this is the one and only allocation he has for the July build - not sure if that's a negotiating tactic or reality that will drive his price up to MSRP.

Appreciate feedback on any similar experiences.
