I have installed film on 7 991s so far and every single customer has opted for the full hood/full fender, bumper, lights, and mirrors coverage. I do not think the doors will ahve any issues as far as rock chips. if you dont want to do the full fenders at a minimum do the full hood as it slopes towards the road and will chip all the way up.

As far as maintenance I always recommend Zaino products as well as a sealant I give out with my installs. Take care of the film as you do your paint and you will be fine.

 

1700 for full bra if i remember correctly. will apply wax to vehicle asap to protect the rest of the paint. I also think this will keep uneven paint fade to a minimum(altho i would have to probably wax her twice a year). I'll see if its worth it after the first winter.
