You have to order it? It doesn't work with the standard PCM? If so, does anyone know whether the PCM is upgradeable? Mine is a February 2012 build...

It is just software, thats why its only 210.00 to add the option. The PCM should be upgradeable.

Turn off wifi and use cellular. Also turn off auto lock so it can download continuously.

Do *not* download the "MyPorsche" app
Just to clarify, for whatever reason, the online manual site links to the borked "MyPorsche" app, see attached. That's the mistake I made. Do not download/install this app, download the "Good To Know" app instead.
