Extra power in Sport Chrono?

When they quote the fastest 0-60 times it always mentions Sport Chrono. Why is this? Is there something I should be doing to unleash more power in my car?

10 seconds of extra boost; peak around 500ft lbs for the 997.1. Same deal for the 997.2 plus launch control. Then again, I'm still learning all of this since I just picked up my 997.1TT a month ago.

Sport chrono includes launch control. That is why sport chromo equipped cars have a lower 0-60 time.

This is true for the 997TT, but not for the naturally aspirated 991/991S.
