Safe to say this is my best Porsche yet!
SubscribeDealer delivered this in time for Memorial Day weekend, have been driving between Manhattan and East Hampton about 90 miles each way, each weekend, I love this thing!
SC made a big difference with the PDK, as my last car which I bought off the dealer floor, Had PDK without SC. Love the hand stitched Espresso leather, the new Cabriolet, the overall stability, and traction, that just wasn't there in the 997. I had a 997.1 Cab went to Bentleys for a few years, and then got a 997.2 coupe. This car embodies the best aspects of those two Porsches, a 991 Cab that handles like a 997.2 coupe if that makes any sense.
Surprised that I didn't order Park Assist but they gave it to me anyway without charge... it was a dealer build that I changed to my specs...I assume that had something to do with it. HRE builds some fantastic wheels, the difference in handling is dramatic, and the compliments from people never stop, definitely Black satin for a white car. The only other Mods Im considering are Black speedster type mud guards, and an x51 kit. Im interested in having about 450hp, any suggestions? More to come including a detailed review, and interior shots.

Congratulations! Boy do I agree with your assessment. Had my Cab for about a month now and am loving every minute. The handling is indeed superb. Many will complain about the low end torque and PDK but rarely is this cars handling discussed. I love it all!
Very nice! Could you take a pic of the center console?
Congrats! Nice pic of your car in a green grassy field.

Glad you are enjoying the car.
the cabriolet is superb. as pointed out in previous posts low end torque is problematic. even in traffic i drive in sports mode. mpg not bad at 23. i suppose if i am getting better mileage i should sell the car immediately as i am clearly driving it incorrectly. absolutely fantastic car...enjoy!

You could drive it in Sport +, that would solve the high gas mileage problem.Originally Posted by tmukherjee66

sport plus on the street scares me. it would solve my mileage issues but i would have to spend more time cleaning my seat.
