991 Wife Warning
I came out of a MT 993 which my wife would never drive. Received my 991 PDK Cab last month. My only complaint is she always wants to drive it. I am about to take our son to play golf and she said "why don't you take the SUV and I will take the Porsche."

I am not sure what part of the 1950's you live in, but I see plenty of both men and women driving newer porsches in LA.

We've had 6 Porsches in the 31 years we've been married, including our current 09 C4S coupe. They've all been my wife's daily drivers, and they've all had manual transmissions. Being a real estate agent, my daily driver has always been the wagon, sedan or suv. It's taken a long time, but I've finally solved the problem. My very own 991 CS cab is arriving soon. She gets the coupe, I get the cab. Maybe if she's nice, I'll let her swap every once in a while.

My wife and her Daily Driver (98 C2S, MT) for the last 14 years! Recently sold it with 135K+ miles on it. She is finally ready for a Sedan! After dragging our daughter and her friend (s) around for the last seven years, she is ready for a grown up car....I told her the new 991 had a ton of room in the back....she wasn't buyin' it...she is currently eyeing a Panamera or CLS.
