Jerky start uphill from the hold function

I am the proud owner of an agate grey 991 C2 PDK which really is a beautiful car. However there is one thing that bothers me: When I start uphill from the hold function the car briefly stops immediately after the start (within half a second) and then starts again very jerkily (after another half second). This is not easily reproducible as it only happens occasionally and only when the engine is still cold. My Porsche center does not know about it and cannot help. I wonder if any other 991 owner has made this observation, too?

The 997.2 / 991 engines don't like accelerating when cold and the weather is moderate (I think they are lean). Try letting it run for a couple of minutes minutes and performing the same operations. It was worse in my 997.2C2S compared to the 991 and it is worse if you are in sport mode.

Thank you for the quick reply. Therefore it is nothing to worry about, ok?

Well, if it doesn't do it after 2-3 minutes of driving, then my tech tells me there is nothing they can do about it. He said he couldn't adjust the air/fuel ratio during warm-up.

it's because the emergency brake is engaged during the hill hold. that's what's holding you still on the hill.
when you pull away the brake takes a second or so to disengage. that's all. it's normal or, perhaps it only happens with pdk equipped agate grey 991 cars.....naaaaah.

the warm up state is not the cause.
