I pre-ordered mine from Porsche and was installed by the factory. That way is much cheaper than buying the materials from a Porsche dealership and having it installed later.

It does look nice!!!

^^^ Fantastic looking car! I want to order a C4S with the SD package and would like to know if the ducktail raises with the center console button? It seems that you still get the button with the SD package.
Anyone? Tks.

There is no button preset, it is a fixed wing. I look at the car everyday and just love it lie a little kid!

Like husar said there is no button for the spoiler and I can't tell you much attention the car gets even from other Porsche owners.

Btw the clear side marker makes a difference, once you install you realize that this is how the aesthetics of the car were designed because it matches the bumper lights and headlights.

SD ducktail

I don't suppose there's any way this tail would fit on a 997.2? I really like the look, but am hesitant to go aftermarket for a spoiler.

Thanks,

Sure, just beat it to fit and paint it to match! No it won't fit. Just completely different fitments.

There was the tail from the Carrera Classic. I'm not sure if it's available. Contact Suncoast about that. Although I'm sure if it was we would've seen quite a few out there by now.

The clear side markers are what I'll be going after. Suncoast is supposed to also be developing a rear clear for the 991 C4 ans C4S.

Wicked sells an aftermarket one for 1899. I am not sure of the quality. It may be a situation where you get what you pay for.
