Smile Vossen cv3's and proclip Tuesday

Well the wife and I made it to our hotel room in Seattle. Tomorrow Benchmark Motoring will be putting the goodies on It's worth the 80 mile drive as they just do the job right and if anything needs adjusting later it is a priority for them to make it right - I love that. Anyway am excited - never bought aftermarket Porsche wheels before. Saw a set of the matte graphite cv3's they were installing on another make last time I was there (they did an amazing custom 9500ci for me) and had to get them for the Anthracite Brown Porsche.

It's just amazing how nice the 991 is to drive. The comfort and road noise is tolerable for my wife which was not the case with the 997's- and I want her along with me on adventures! Thanks to Porsche for making this a car we can both enjoy on trips. Hoping to show her the famous downtown Pike Place fish market while we wait for them to do the install.

Pics later on Tuesday of the wheels and phone mount (still not sure exactly where we will put it). I just love this car and have an attachment to it I didn't with the 997 for some reason even though it was a fabulous machine also. Whew.. I just love this car.

Thumbs up

It's a smart phone holder.. Benchmark is going to fabricate a proper attachment with no drilling to have it where it should be in the 991 - cant wait we did a preview placing but forgot to take a pic. It'll be done in a few hours anyway..

Ps my contact is Justin if anyone wants the same great fabrication they do for this. (Justink@benchmarkmotoring.com)

oops also came home to the AZN Optics order with the clear LED side marker bulbs! Thanks again to SM_ATL's excellent Journal for that information. Installed tonight - they are very bright compared to the other clear bulb I tried and so far am pleased.

Is the car is at stock height?

Still too much fender gap for my taste but nice looking car.
