If your 05 CAB is in good condition and tires still have good tread wholesale is low $40's max in midwest or northeast. I agree with other posters that low miles 2012 discount s/b around 12 to 15%. That being said, your car will not be worth any less in the spring and you should be able to find a good 2012 "S "cab for well under $100K. I'm sure there many valid views but in my opinion if performance is important, the S is worth waiting for the right deal.
