that this was available last week...it isn't anymore.
I was considering the absurdity of life while stuck in traffic earlier this week. I was stuck behind a car with an "i" in the license place and noticed how it looked like a "1"...yes, a big duh, I know, sometimes i'm just slow and plodding...
I sent in the form with "9ii" with my $20 I suppose that PENNDOT received my application site now says that it's unavailable.
After some poor unfortunate in our state's prison system (do they still make license plates there?), punches it out, it should arrive in about 8 weeks
