Operating Temp?
With 356s and early 911s there was a theory that not heating the motor to normal operating temperature left condensation in the exhaust system, which over time could cause rust/corrosion from the inside out.
Not sure if this is still a concern with modern materials but there is no doubt that when you start your car today there is a fair amount of liquid that initially comes out of the exhaust pipes.
