My dealer just emailed me that my 991S Cab has been built and is awaiting shipment! I asked him to let me know what the ship name is but he doesn't know yet. Anyone out there received the same notification on their new car? Maybe you know the ships name? I'm in the southwest so I assume LA port of entry. He said it would take about a month to get in my hands. Can't wait!

Today I went to a tire store and there was a 12 year old kid that went nuts when he saw the 991S. When i walked out he was taking pictures of it, so i told him to sit inside and start it.

It's now his turn to go crazy for the next thirty years!!!!

Yes, the wait is insane....since we are on the subject...are the clear side markers easy to install? i don't see any screw....

 

Yes it's one of the simplest DIY out there. I have not done them personally on the 991, I know nicoli has personally done them and might have some input on any tricks.
