For some reason, the dealer is still not able to trace the source of the failure, every time i take my car in they do inspection and find everything to be normal so they just reprogram it to clear the warnings and thats it. But i keep getting warnings again and again which started to be very annoying, my car was sent to the main workshop yesterday for more inspection and i should expect a call from the dealer tomorrow morning

Don't forget to keep the work orders in case you need to use the lemon law. Check your warranty manual for the requirements in your state. I did a Honda Accord once and it's not real quick, but it's easy and effective.

The car has been with the dealer for two days and they still cant determine the source of the issue, they say everything seems to be fine and working perfectly. I googled the issue and found 4/5 cases with the exact same problem and all of them found the brake switch to be faulty, i asked the dealer to check the brake switch and its fine as well. Workshop will be closed tomorrow (weekend in Qatar) so i should get a reply from them on saturday or sunday.

after keeping the car with the dealer for a week, i finally got a call this morning saying that my car is ready, the service advisor said that only some sort of calibration was done, am not sure what they exactly did but i hope that they really fixed it as i don’t want to see this warning again

I emailed that video to my dealer and he called today confirming that he will call me back ASAP with an answer of what this issue could be
Do they have a lemon law in Doha?

That auto start/stop is the devil. Three times now in test drives of NEW vehicles I had disabled it, and sure enough at each stop light the engine cut off. I reported it to the dealer after each test drive, and sure enough, the same answer "we will look into it". I really hope they did, because I'm suspecting many people are on the same boat!

Please do let us know if it occurs again!

Thank you all for your kind replies

Unfortunately, we dont have the lemon law or anything similar

Even if we do, i dont think i will ever consider it at this stage

So far everything is normal, i have been driving the car for two days with no issues, but this does not mean that everything is normal, as the warning used to show up randomly, sometimes everyday and sometimes once every two weeks. So my best solution was to take the car and drive it, and see if it was fixed.

Sorry to hear. My suggestion is to keep taking it back if it keeps on re-appearing. I am assuming they are providing you with a P loaner car.

They said that no parts need to be changed, only some PSM sensors found loose and need to be calibrated.

Exact two warnings just happened in my 1.5-day old 991 Carrera today. She's sleeping for the night but if she pukes up the same two warnings tomorrow morning, guess I'll be bringing her in. How annoying when I'd been looking forward to enjoying the car. Looks like this is pretty common judging from comments here and from google searches.
